Sound delay with QuicktimeHello
When I record movies with QuickTime, the sound of the movie gets delayed by a couple of seconds. This happens only when I record my movie originally with a fade-in (done in camera not on computer). But if I record the movie from the middle of the DV cassette, I don't get that delay (since there's no fade-in).
Now my question is: Is there a connection between having an original fade-in on the movie and recording it to computer using QuickTime? If it is so, could it be from encoding issues or just an issue with the camera?
Some specs you may need:
Camera: Canon HV30
QuickTime 10
Snow Leopard
Firewire connection
Quality of recording: Maximum
Thanks a lot !
