How do I burn DVDs on my i-Mac, purchased in the UK that will play on equipment in Canada?

Are you saying you have commercial DVDs purchased in the UK that you'd like to play on a computer in Canada?

If so, that's easy: just download and install the free VLC software and have it play the DVD instead of the default DVD player app. VLC doesn't care about regions and will happily play it.

As for ripping and burning DVDs, this forum uses US law as its guidelines, so I don't think we can discuss this since it involves making copies for other people, which is illegal.
