Video freezes on youtube, Nfl video. My computer worked fine until I did a system update. Can someone tell me what to do? I tried updating the flash & reset Safari. It does the same thing on Firefox. I have plenty of room on my hard drive. What is going on? Mac oSX 10.5.8

You didn't provide us much info... what system update did you apply? Also include specs on your Mac. If you're using Time Machine (you should be) you can restore your system back before you did the update.
