    Rendering with iMovie

After capturing and editing, can I render a movie with iMovie as *.mp4?
If not what video formats can be used?

    Thanks a lot Paulo

See the Share menu and look for "Export Using QuickTime...". I have a guide about using that option but it doe not cover mp4 specifically. Hopefully it will be helpful.
