I want to use a HD webcam i bought. Creative Socialize HD. On the box it says it works for macs and it is detected in my usb devices and the mic works. On imovie is there a way to use anything other than the isight? I have a macbook OS 10.6

Use the camera import tool in iMovie and then select your webcam from the bottom left corner of the window.
