how can i make my flash player run without having problems when im in some random website????im working on a MacBook Pro

You're going to have to be more specific than that. What do you mean by problems? If you're wondering about the CPU usage, you're out of luck. Flash is notorious for excessive CPU usage on OS X.

ClickToFlash will solve the problem. Highly recommended.

If you're not using Safari (ClickToFlash is Safari only), you can use FlashBlock for Firefox or Chrome/Chromium. There is also a flash blocker userjs for Opera if that is your browser of choice.
