    Capture audio from a DVD
Is there any way to capture the audio from a DVD and save it?

Don't worry, it's a home video not a commercial disc!

Is it possible? And, if it is, is it complicated?!

Probably the easiest would be to rip the DVD with handbrake to an mp4 - so now you'll have a container with both video and audio - then use another tool, like MpegStreamClip to take that mp4 and save the audio.

I'm sure there is a one program option for this, but these are two freeware programs you can easily use since you're working with a home video.
