old USB isight issues

I have an old usb isight working with my macPro (I do not have a built in isight). It works fine for things like skype but I am noticing that at sites like chatroulette their web site cannot detect and use my camera so I cannot be seen. It doesn't work with either firefox or safari. Is there anyway I can get functionality?
Thanks as always.

No, you do not have an old USB iSight. Apple only made an external iSight that was firewire based.
Unfortunately I don't have an answer regarding using the camera with such services. I see that site is Flash based. Perhaps right clicking on the page, which brings up the Flash settings, you can set the camera up.CameraTime - Time lapse photography for novice and advanced users.
When asking questions, post the version of your software. You'll receive better answers.
