Ok, here's the deal :

I have recently purchased a Hauppauge PVR, which for those of you that don't know, is a piece of hardware that allows me to record my gameplay in HD. I record via EyeTV.

Now, I can export in .H264, and upload to youtube no issues, with perfect clarity in 720p, as seen here.

The issue I'm having, is trying to get a bunch of small clips, and make a movie out of them.!

I drag and drop into iMovie HD, But upon exporting, I'm finding issues. I have no idea what the correct settings should be, and also have no idea why the exported file, is much, much larger than the imported file. I would ideally like to merge the files together, into 1 clip, that's it.

I can give full details of any settings should anyone require, but I'd much like some help on this subject, as I'm taring my brains out trying to figure out the correct settings to export, so that its not a huge file size, but the quality is still there.

Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure what to say. It sounds like you need to learn about export options. Perhaps my iMovie Export Guide can be helpful here.

When asking questions, post the version of your software. You'll receive better answers.

Please post your results to the thread as it is good feedback.
