Okay so whats the deal with iChat dropping the video conference connection?
I have an old hi8 "palcorder" going through an av-to-dv converter (avc110 I think is the brand) - I can use the camcorder fine to convert videos with iMovie and make dvds and such but when it comes to streaming it goes bye-bye after 10 seconds. Has anyone else experienced this? - I've googled it and there are a couple of people with the same issue, but they arent using analog video cameras which leads me to believe it isnt the av-to-dv adapter.. but who knows |

I don't think iChat is designed to be used with an analog camera through a bridge. I use an iSight and have never had the connection drop on me
