can't get netflix to stream on my mac

i have a g5, 10.4.11, 2GB and the latest version of safari. netflix customer service tried but couldn't help me determine why. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Silverlight have you installed?

If you've tried installing the latest version, now at 3.0, you're going to need to remove that. Only version 1.0 works on the PPC chip. See the link here labeled "Runtime for Mac PowerPC".
