Recording video directly to computer

Is it possible to record video directly to the computer AND use another audio source at the same time? The reason I want to do this is because my camera doesn't have an external mic jack, but I want to record high quality video AND audio.

I want to do something like this.
YouTube - silent night.

Does anyone know how I could do this?

Try using System Preferences to change to line-in under the audio section.
