Adding audio to a video

Hi all, I have this video file which lacks an audio track.
I have the audiotrack on my desktop, what I want to do is add the audiotrack
to that video.

I have tried MPEG streamclip an QT Sync, but to no avail so far.

Does anybody know of a good app to do this?

Have you thought about trying to do it in iMovie?
I added and synced a sound recording to a home movie this way and it was very easy.

This iMovie... it's on the Snow Leopard dvd isn't it??
