.mov to watch on Windows machine ???

I have just made i clip with photobooth which is .mov format, and was wondering if i send it to a friend, via email will they be able to open it and watch it on there windows PC ??

If answer is yes cool but if its no i have handbrake, should i change format with that? Which format ?
Or any suggestions

Mac Specs: Macbook Unibody 2Ghz Core 2 duo 4gb RAM 500gb HDD OS 10.6.2
If they have the Windows version of Quicktime then they'll be able to watch it no problem, no conversion.
