Unable to play .mov movies exported from FCP7 on PC
    Hi Guys,

When i export a movie in final cut pro 7 using the HDV 1080P30 codec in the .mov format I can play the movie without nay issues on my macbook pro.
I also uploaded a test video on Vimeo and Motionbox and I can also see that on the web.

But when i try to play the same movie on my pc.. i am unable to..
I tried VLC player, media player clasic and quick time, it doesnt play at all.

In VLC i can hear the audio but not the video.. do u have any ideas?

The only HDV codec I came across for Windows is extremely expensive - it'd be a better option to use Compressor and transcode the video into either an MP4 or H.264 .mov file.
    My Macs: Late 2013 rMBP w/ 750m, 16Gig ram; 2013 Mac Pro 6 core w/ D700, 16Gig Ram; Mac mini G4, 1.25 GHz, 512m ram (server); Late 2011 11" MBA, 1.8GHz i7, 4Gig Ram, 256Gig SSD, HD3000; Powerbook 12" G4 1.33GHz running Linux; Apple TV (1080p version)
