I just downloaded a movie which is on .xvid format and nothing recognizable appears in the folder.
This is an image of what I get.
Can anyone help me?
PS: I'm using both QuickTime and VLC and tried DvixPlayer but none of them works.... :/

1) The image doesn't appear
2) As you've described your problem, it sounds like it falls in being against the law in the US (illegal downloading of a movie) and violates the terms on this website (mac-forums follows us copyright laws), so I'm thinking that there is a good chance you won't get an answer, and most likely the thread will be locked by a moderator. My Macs: Late 2013 rMBP w/ 750m, 16Gig ram; 2013 Mac Pro 6 core w/ D700, 16Gig Ram; Mac mini G4, 1.25 GHz, 512m ram (server); Late 2011 11" MBA, 1.8GHz i7, 4Gig Ram, 256Gig SSD, HD3000; Powerbook 12" G4 1.33GHz running Linux; Apple TV (1080p version)
