Burning commercial DVD with Mac the Ripper

I'm trying to burn the foreign audio track of a commercial DVD using Mac the Ripper. The DVD normally plays in English, but has a French and Spanish track. How do I burn/copy the foreign language track?

Breaking the encryption found on the vast majority of commercial DVDs is illegal here in the U.S. even if it is just for your own use.
