Capture problem with DVD Handycam!

I filmed a gig the other day. I've got one camera, a DVCam, but needed a second camera, so I borrowed a Sony mini DVD handycam. So far, I haven't been able to capture the footage from this. Any help will be appreciated.Art allows people that live in this world to find order.

Search the forum. This has been asked often.
You might want to try MPEG Streamclip to convert the video to a QuickTime format and edit that in iMovie.CameraTime - Time lapse photography for novice and advanced users.
