I have a few football games that are 29GB to 34GB after you take the commercials out. All are in the .mov format. I was trying to get some help in compressing or converting these files to a smaller GB size without downgrading the quality! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Welcome to the forums.

Have a look at the Handbrake application. It allows you to convert/compress a wide variety of video formats. Best of all the price is pretty good...free :-)
