How do I mark a certain spot in a video, share it, and then have viewers start watching at that point? Here's an example: YouTube - Eco-Equity with Van Jones

I didn't even know you could do that until I did some research. It's actually rather easy. You know how you have a link to a youtube video - that has the video ID at the end
ie: Code:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_JFCBDdPq4 the code is: #t=XmYs where you replace X and Y with values representing where you want to start the video. Using the link above, if I did: Code:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_JFCBDdPq4#t=1m30s This is the article I read to get this information: How to specify a starting point on a Youtube or Google Video My Macs: 2012 Non-Retina 15" MBP; Mac mini G4, 1.25 GHz, 512m ram (server); Late 2011 11" MBA, 1.8GHz i7, 4Gig Ram, 256Gig SSD, HD3000; Powerbook 12" G4 1.33GHz running Debian as a server; Apple TV (1080p version) |
