How to digitize VHS-C Tapes?

I'm trying to digitize VHS-C Tapes ---> VHS-C - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia <--- onto my iMac! I have the adapter tape that they show on that site. Just wondering if anyone has done this before? Or has any suggestions? Thanks a bunch!!! Brad |
