Hi I noticed that most websites on Mac-only applications have their screencasts in Quicktime format (.mov). The visitor will most likely be using a Mac and have no problem viewing the video, but just in case they use something else, wouldn't it be better to choose mp4 with H.264?
Are .movs smaller or what's the advantage over mp4, that is being used for Podcasts and other widespread media? Thanks! |

Mov has more reach than mp4, so more people will be able to see your movie
That said, with uTube so dominant I would advise people to use flash video for the best web coverage |
