    Question Software For Annotating Video
I've been searching for some time now and it seems like there are no options for annotating videos, like adding arrows and callouts. I'm sure it can be done in adobe premier pro or final cut but those seem like over kill for such a simple task.

Are there any other simple solutions? Something like camtasia for the pc?

Maybe Screenflow if you are talking about recording your screen actions and then annotating.
CameraTime - Time lapse photography for novice and advanced users.
