When I import analog video to iMovie 06 through a Canopus ADVC-110, both video and audio come through clear and clean. When I try the same setup with Final Cut Express HD 3.5.1, the video appears, but no audio. (No audio as it imports either.) What should I look for/change in FCE?

Problem fixed!!! I trashed the FCE preferences, rebooted, and now everything works as it should.

I find that trashing Pref is not unusual. Whenever something goofy happens in FCE, Repair Permission and trash Prefs.
