Hi all,

I hope this question hasn't been answered already, but I've searched and can't find anything.

I've imported video from my Sony hard drive camcorder into iMovie 08. I am now "sharing" the movie to the media browser so that it will work seamlessly with iDVD. The video is 1 hour and 33 minutes, however, it says it has about 450 minutes left until the download/upload is complete.

Ummmm.... there must be a faster way to do this, no? Should I import the video to MPEG Streamclip first and THEN import it into iMovie 08 in a different file extension? If so, which extension will work with iDVD, and ALSO on a regular DVD player?

Any help is really appreciated.

BTW - I'm using a MacBook Pro - 1.83 Intel Core Duo
- memory 1.5 GB 667 MHZ DDR2 SDRAM
OS X - Leopard 10.5.6
QUOTE Thanks
