    Video library
I'm a wrestling coach and have a computer full of 5 minute-long videos of my athlete's matches and would like to start cataloguing them so that I can type in a keyword and all videos associated would be called up.

Does anyone have recommendations for a program like this?

    iDive??
    FootTrack??

    Specs:
Black Macbook: 2.4 ghz dual core 4gb Ram 250gb Hdd
you could use the colour labels from finder, assign a catagory to each colour so orange for competition, blue for technique etc then all you do is right click on the file and click on a colour. You can then search for all "blue" files from finder.

    Good luck.

iTunes will do what you're looking for.
Use Genre for Wrestling Technique 1, Wrest. Tech 2, etc.
Album Name for Joe vs Sam, Bob vs Tom, etc.

There are a couple of apps that may or may not give you more control.
Delicious Library or DVDPedia. Both designed to keep DVD libraries catalogued, but may work for your needs. They both have free trials. Both will allow you to enter much more info that can readily be seen than doing a Get info in iTunes.
I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.

For some reason I can't import any of my files. They're in .mp4 format. Any ideas as to why this isn't working?
