Skype is one way.

CameraTime - Time lapse photography for novice and advanced users.

When asking questions, post the version of your software. You'll receive better answers.

Please post your results to the thread as it is good feedback.

I second Skype. My best friend is in Switzerland for a year and video messaging is great on Skype. Or Yahoo! and AOL/AIM but I'd choose Skype over those two.

I usually log onto AIM using iChat, and video chat that way. Or you could try the site stickam.com but it is a bit different
