Ok so I bought my Mac about 3 months ago but I still have yet to get the right version of iMovie on here. The one I have is the one included in the pic. But the one I've used before is completely different one and I want this one. Here's a link to a pic of which one I want, http://incolor.inetnebr.com/string/imovie.png

Anyone know what version this is or how to get this one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You want imovie HD which you can download from Apple as long as you have imovie 08 (which you do). Don't have the direct link sorry.

The one in the picture looks like iMovie HD. You should also have iMovie 08 if you bought a new machine recently. They look completely different. iM08 can been seen here.
