All of a sudden, every YouTube video I've watched -- both while the red bar is loading and even when it's completed -- lags every 2-3 seconds where there's a stop in the video. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

What machine are you watching videos on?
Flash videos are quite CPU intensive... if it's an older Mac, it might just be lacking in horsepower.

Try installing the latest version of flash though... they just released version 10 if I'm not mistaken.

Maybe you should cut down on the porn. Porn is chuck full of spyware and can lag your computer especially w/ video streaming sites like youtube.

If you're running Leopard, try running system update - earlier versions of Leopard had graphics issues.

There is no system but GNU and Linux is one of its kernels.
