Sounds like it. You would use the IEEE1384 (firewire) port to transfer you movies to the Mac. If you want to use the USB connection, you would need special software, and I don't know much about that.
Look for some reviews via your favorite search engine. Toss in the word Mac in that search. CameraTime - Time lapse photography for novice and advanced users. When asking questions, post the version of your software. You'll receive better answers. Please post your results to the thread as it is good feedback.
