Newbie question: I am fairly new to Mac's and I just recently bought a Canon HV20, I want to put my recordings on a DVD but don't know where to start. Do I just copy and paste? Do I use iMovie 08 even thought I won't be doing any editting for now? Any help in response to these questions would be greatly appreciate.

Thanks,

Just connect your Corder to the the Mac via Firewire. Then fire up iMovie (yeah, you gotta use this although I think iDVD can also burn directly). Just import it there, crop out stuff you don't need and then send to iDVD from there directly.
