ffmpegX help converting .rmvb to .avi

I closely followed all the steps found on this page.

When i drop in the .rmvb file in, there is no sign that it has been accepted, unlike the example image where the from, video, and audio windows display info when the file is added.

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
