How do i convert Mp4 to a file were i can burn onto a blank dvd disc and play it

hey.. i have many mp4 movies i have downloaded.. and i want a program (for macs obvielsley) to convert these mp4 files to files (video_ts and audio_ts i think there called) so i can burn them on a blank dvd and play it on my dvd player... if you no any programs please post them!!
