Yes, but not with apple's DVD player (but stupid I know)

download the media player VCD

play your dvd with that and now you can take screenshots

You're looking for VLC, typo above. Much better program than OS X's DVD player program.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
