No. First I mentioned the right app to use if his content was in FCP. Second I was encouraging him to start a proper thread to find out why Compressor is crashing on him. It shouldn't be and I didn't see such a thread. Just saying it is crashing is useless for getting help with the issue. Lastly I was contrasting pro apps to consumer apps which directly referred to his interest in a quick start-to-end product.

By the way, I'm not convinced retistel is even a real person based on the four posts I see.
