Hi there,

I have OS 10.1.2 running on my Mac. I can see Quicktime files, but not files that call for RealPlayer or Windows Media Player.

I have downloaded Windows Media Player a ton of times and it is visible in my applications folder. Still when I click on a file that calls for it it does not work.

Real Networks only makes available for download on their Website the version of RealPlayer that requires OS10.2 or higher. I don't have 10.2 or higher, so does that mean i just can't see .rn files? What to do?

so maybe the question is: what is the optimum setup for viewing video from the internet for those running OS10.1.2, and what are the steps to get it working?

thank you very very much.
