Would someone mind detailing how to burn a DVD that plays in a stand alone DVD-player ? I have some AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS files in my hard drive I'd like to get off my computer onto playable DVDs.

I tried just dragging and dropping into a blank DVD image and burning that in Finder or Disk Utility, but it seems I wound up with a data DVD that my standalone DVD player couldn't read. After burning it and I can see that these discs will mount as "Mac OS Extended".

Anyone know ?

I think you'll need Toast to do that. It can take those _TS folders and build a correct disk format. It would be one movie per disc.

The reason you can't do a drag & drop from the Finder is that video DVD has different formatting from a data DVD.

CameraTime - Time lapse photography for novice and advanced users.

When asking questions, post the version of your software. You'll receive better answers.

Please post your results to the thread as it is good feedback.
