Thread: Quicktime default change?
10-21-2004, 11:39 PM #1Quicktime default change?
can i set up my machine so it plays audio in realplayer and not quicktime. I'm sick of it attempting it in quicktime, only to fail. The i have to open up the file from windows media or real player. I rather just have realplayer as my default. They Live :alien:

select the file>get info>open with (real, windows, whatever)>change all.
now all files with same extention as the first file will open in your selected player

I didn't know you could do anything like that from the get info menu. Wow i'm impressed. I haven't used OS X before and it's been 4 years since i've had a Mac - used to run OS 9.They Live :alien:
