Final Cut Pro to After Effects

Member Since: Mar 12, 2008 Location: Southern Cal Posts: 1 Mac Specs: Mac Power PC 2.3 Quad Core, 5gig ram, 250gig hd, Ati x1900	03-12-2008, 02:33 AM I am trying to find a free way to take clips or sequences from Final Cut Pro 5 HD and import them Into After Effect CS3. exporting using make quicktime movie or quicktime conversions does not seem to be working. i get audio but no video. Any Ideas?
