So, I wanted to use my Ipod as a clock and something to listen to music while I fall asleep. I was wondering if I left it plugged into where it has energy if it was safe to leave it on all night, I dont want to burn out the back light or screen or burn an image into it. Anyone done this, Or suggestions?

I don't think you can burn in an image on an LCD screen.
I don't think that leaving it on all night would hurt it either. It would be designed to be plugged in as long as you want it to be.

Agreed, you could theoretically burn-out the backlight, but I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon...
