What firmware are you running? Check by connecting your touch to your computer and look at the number after Software Version. If you're running anything less than 1.1.3, then try updating to the latest firmware. There were some people who had a similar issue back when the touch first came out and updating the software fixed the problem.
If you have the latest firmware, then you might want to get it checked out by an Apple tech as you could simply be having a hardware malfunction. ![]() June 2007 July 2009 |
