- MacBook, Mac OS 10.4.11 2GHz Intel Core Duo, 512MB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM, 60GB HD, U2 Ipod (30GB)
U2 Ipod (5.5 Gen) questionhi ive gotten the U2 ipod for xmas and i noticed that it has frozen twice and all i could do was wait till the battery ran out and then charge and turn it on again and i was wondering is this a regular thing or is it just my ipod?

This is not supposed to happen, at all.
When your ipod freezes, you can- Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
Then press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. This will restart the iPod.
OR
Try doing a Factory Restore (put it into iTunes and select your ipod and factory restore).
