iPod - Ipod classic not transferring video from ibook G4

Apologies, but I am asking ths question of behalf of a friend. He has got an ipod classic (80g) and a ibook G4 (tiger os). He bought some music videos and movies off itunes but they won't sync to his ipod when he plugs it in. He just gets the error "cannt sync the following movies to the ipod" All ipod software, itunes and OS are the latest updates / versions. Anyone? |
