Will this video be playable in the new iPod Nano?
So, my friend gave me a video which is a H.264 MOV file. The resolution is 480x360 strange huh. Will I be able to play this video in my new iPod Nano? Also, up to what resolution and format can the iPod play?

    Specs:
    3.4 Ghz i7 27 in iMac (2012), 3.4 Ghz i7 MacBook Pro (2015), iPad Pro (2014), iPhone 6+
As long as the above video is less than a 2500k video bit rate, it will play fine.

The current crop of iPods can play video sizes up to 640x480 at 2500K video bitrate. They support both MPEG-4 and H.264/MPEG-4.

You can find the full specs for all the video capable iods here:

By MPEG-4, do you mean m4v or mp4? Does that include MOV files? I'm confused. Can anyone explain to me?
