I'm going to upgrade to Panther and it's going to clear out my hard drive, I was wondering if I could save myself the hassle of backing up my near 10 gigs of music since I have it all on my ipod.

Well the iPod alone can't do it but there are several utilities you can download that will allow you to do it. Check out the software section at iPodLounge.com
