I Connected my iPod to my mac to sync and it won't change the screen.

It doesn't sense it on my mac as well, I've tried reseting (middle button, Play/Pause) only to get nothing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

That's actually not how you reset the iPod. You have to hold the middle and Menu buttons

I have had this problem before. How many times did you try connecting to the computer? Check to make the sync hasn't been damaged at all, especially on the side that connects to the ipod. Sometimes it can look fine but the interior metal components are bent.

I checked and its fine,

I have a new question now.

What can I do to get my iPod to stop flashing the DO NOT DISCONNECT logo when its okay to disconnect and synced? I want the Icon on my desktop to be a normal ipod.

My iPod is in my computer synced and can be disconnected. The screen is still flashing DO NOT DISCONNECT! and the logo on the desktop still has the logo on it.

Anyway to change/remedy this?

Thank you.

It will say Do Not Disconnect until you eject it form the Desktop, either within iTunes or in Finder.

I judge you when you use poor grammar.
