Missing podcasts

I used isynctunes to move my library onto my new computer, all went smoothly except my podcasts aren't in the podcast directory on my ipod, even though they ARE in itunes. Any ideas?

Can you let us know how you worked it out? My husband is having the same problem and I'd like to be able to tell him how to correct.
