iPod - ipod Touch Wifi

They say the ipod touch has wifi browser...does this mean u work it like a laptop where u connect to a wireless signal and use interent..or do u have to pay for the internet somehow? Can someone clear this up for me?

if the wifi signal is free and unprotected (or it's protected and you know the password), you can connect to it free with no problems.

Works just like a laptop connecting to WiFi. So, no you don't have to pay more to use the browser.
