Go to iTunes.

Buy your game.

The iTunes Library will now have an iPod Games category - click on that,

Connect the iPod the iPod should sync automatically - however I think my iPod did not automatically sync the iPod game so I clicked on my iPod in the left hand menu of iTunes - you should now see a tab for Games going across the top, click it and choose the best syncing option for you; you may just want to sync one or two games over or all of your iPod games (see my attached image).

You might then need to click Apply and maybe Sync both of which are in the bottom right corner of iTunes.

Hope that helps.
