I have a Creative Zen Ipod with 30 GB of space.
I cannot get my macbook to recognize it.
I plug it in and nothing, Itunes or Yamipod or nothing recognizes it.
When I look in my finder I don't see it either.

I need help with this.

Thanks

If you ask if I plugged the ipod in both of the ports , the answer is yes and I got nothing.
I do have a usb key that I have used in both ports and it is recognized.
So the ports do work

Choose About this Mac from the Aple menu, click More info... and check under the USB section to see if it's being recognised.

My old Creative Jukebox needs special drivers - it's never recognised as a hard drive even under Windows, the Zen is probably the same.

BTW, it's not a Creative Zen Ipod.

I judge you when you use poor grammar.
